More about me
My Approach
I believe that true healing happens when we treat the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.
As we remove layers of defenses and patterns we have accumulated along the way or that have been imposed on us, something new can emerge. A new intimacy with ourselves, a sense of ease, and the ability to be both ourselves and simultaneously the nurturing, caring parent for ourselves
My path
I began my journey as a clinical nutritionist (B.Sc.), initially working with people facing eating disorders. There, I became fascinated with the emotional process that needs to happen in order to create change in patterns, and a shift from a system that work against it's self to one that support it's self.
I realized that the body is inseparable from this process- emotional pain lives in the body, and true healing must pass through it. This understanding led me to study movement, massage therapy, breathwork, and yoga (Hatha Level 2)
With experience, developing a therapeutic approach I call “De-Armoring” - Focusing on the chest, diaphragm, and abdomen areas, it releases deep tension, connects us to inner knowledge beyond words, and helps regulate the nervous system.
My work later led me to deepen in natural nutrition, detox, and discovering the right fuel for each unique body and personality.
I have studied NLP, continue learning at the Loharia Center, and recently added acupuncture to deepen my connection to the body and energy systems.
Despite these tools, I noticed that for me and my clients, deep patterns often remain unchanged. Family and systemic constellation work completed the picture for me, allowing access to unconscious dynamics beyond our personal story. the missing piece for profound transformation.
Today, I integrate all these approaches- sometimes individually, sometimes in an integrative therapy connecting body, mind, and the unconscious system.
I also teach and guide others to use these tools themselves, empowering them to take the control into their own hands.
How do we do this?
Every session begins with listening. I take time to understand your unique situation, what matters to you, what your goals and concerns are, before recommending a treatment path.
Whether you're dealing with physical pain, emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support your journey whether it's through an individual focused session or an ongoing process.
