Natural Acupuncture

Natural Acupuncture (Prof. David Lujan) integrates two therapeutic approaches:

1. Myofascial needling – for orthopedic conditions such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, tennis/golfer’s elbow, neck pain, knee pain, ext.

This is a deeper form of needling, sometimes combined with mild electrical stimulation. The treatment is not painful, though it may feel unusual. Diagnosed according to a muscle test- It is a very targeted treatment. we often treat the weaker or compensating areas rather than the site of inflammation, which helps minimize discomfort.

2. Energetic acupuncture - suitable for addressing deeper, systemic conditions such as migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, digestive issues (like constipation and bloating), depression, anxiety and dysregulation, low immunity, and general fatigue.

This is a more gentle, superficial form of needeling based on the traditional approach of working with meridians and specific acupuncture points. It may include breathwork, moxa (gentle heat therapy), and magnet therapy. The experience is soft, calming, and deeply relaxing.

Pericardium Protocol – working with the heart’s protective layer

A specialized treatment focused on releasing and softening the fascia surrounding the heart, which tends to become tight and accumulate stagnation over time. Restricted fascia can affect the entire body, contributing to pain in various areas, while stagnation in this region may impact heart health.

The treatment includes three stages: chest and heart massage, acupuncture, and magnets. It is a highly supportive maintenance treatment, especially for those living in the modern world and experiencing ongoing daily stress.
